What is the Hack Your Back Pain Program?

This is a 4-week program designed to address and relieve back pain through targeted exercises. We'll begin with foundational exercises that progressively increase in complexity or resistance (through a band or weight) each week. 

There are 5 core movement patterns that we'll focus on. Each movement pattern will have a specific exercise each week. In other words, each week there will be 5 new exercises to master. This is a progressive program which means that the exercises build from the previous week.

You’ll spend time every day mastering the same 5 exercises for that week. Each day's exercises can be completed in less than 30 minutes. This ensures a safe and effective path to building strength that fits within a busy schedule.

This program was designed to strengthen fundamental movement patterns. We'll focus on 5 key patterns. Each movement pattern will have a specific exercise, and week-to-week, that exercise will increase in complexity, difficulty or resistance.

You’ll spend time every day practicing and mastering the same 5 exercises for the week. The exercises can be completed in 30 minutes or less per day, making this program straightforward, efficient, and effective.

Minimal Equipment Required: No need for a home gym - you'll just need 3 simple, easy-to-find pieces of equipment to complete this program: 1 loop band, 1 resistance band and 1 weighted object like a kettlebell or slam ball (common household items like a jug of water, heavy purse or backpack may also be used). Please note, equipment is not included and must be obtained in order to complete the program as designed.
